Problem
Predicting whether a company is headed toward bankruptcy, from its financial fundamentals alone, before the outcome is obvious.
Approach
Built a full machine learning pipeline on 95 financial variables from the Taiwan Economic Journal, starting with exploratory data analysis and feature transformation, then moving through model selection and hyperparameter tuning in Python using Sklearn, Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib.
Result
A trained classification pipeline for bankruptcy risk, with the complete notebook documenting every stage from raw financial data to a tuned model.
